The Challenge: 

As the Organizational Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of our company's strategic initiatives. You will assist in tracking progress, preparing reports, and conducting performance analyses to help ensure our organizational goals are met. This role requires occasional travel to our offices in Amarillo, Lubbock, Odessa, Fort Worth, and El Paso.  

What You'll Do: 

  • Assist in developing and refining the company's strategic plans. 
  • Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives and projects. 
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and reports for strategy meetings. 
  • Conduct analysis of business performance data to identify trends and opportunities. 
  • Support the implementation of leadership development programs. 
  • Maintain the EOS Scorecard and track key performance metrics. 
  • Assist in documenting and optimizing core processes. 

 

What You'll Need to Succeed: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
  • Basic understanding of strategic planning and business performance metrics. 
  • Willingness to travel to Amarillo, Lubbock, Odessa, Fort Worth, and El Paso.
