Supervisory Responsibilities:

  1. Oversees the work and activities of Leads, as assigned. 
  2. Maintain time sheets and accurately inputting time and attendance data. 
  3. Hires and trains field department staff. 
  4. Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of field department staff.
  5. Assists with performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. 
  6. Maintain customer, contact, reference number information and accurately inputting data. 
  7. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. 
  8. Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement. 
  2. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures. 
  3. Implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations. 
  4. Oversees manufacturing, purchasing, and sales departments, ensuring each is reaching goals set by regional and company leadership. 
  5. Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets and cost of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives. 
  6. Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to managers; for major changes, meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale. 
  7. Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes. 
  8. Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs

 

Required Skills and Abilities

  1. Must be Bilingual. 
  2. Must enjoy working with people. 
  3. Ability to remain patient in trying situations. 
  4. Understanding of traffic control procedures and plans. 
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  6. Ability to read, comprehend, and explain state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances as they pertain to traffic control.
  7. Ability to communicate with members of the public and to obtain their cooperation and compliance. 
  8. Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., OneDrive, Lists, Teams, SharePoint) or related software. 
  9. Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.  
  10. Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed. 
  11. Extensive knowledge of traffic control installation, coordination. 
  12. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. 
  13. Ability to plan maintenance schedules for traffic control handling. 
  14. Excellent management, supervisory, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills. 
  15. Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.
  16. Superior managerial and diplomacy skills. 
  17. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
